Social and New media marketing with particular focus on Social Monetisation.   2008 /09 : General Manager ( New Business ) Impact Data Employed to develop and market new products to database marketing business. Created SMART range of more accessible products to Golf, Restaurant, Winery and Venue market segments. 1996-2007CEO of BarMax AustraliaLargest training company (and creator) of Responsible Service of Alcohol. Together with MHM, won Training Provider of the Year (2000) and trained over 250,000 people in industry-mandatory courses in Alcohol  and Gaming. Bought Training Company, Speedpour and extended into Bar, Cocktail and Flair courses. Created a specific $3m training package for DIAGEO - the "Perfect Serve" program Australia wide through 1700 premium bar locations. Concurrently was part-owner of Red Dragon Kenpo Academy of Martial Arts (Surrey Hils, Sydney) and led a highly skilled security team for select venues.Also created Mystery Patrons, a covert reporting team who evaluated service, standards and compliance for over 200 premium hospitality venues   !986-1992, 1994-1995 Marketing Manager / Franchise Manager - Oz Design FurnitureFrom first store, built franchise system, product range, marketing and all factets of retail operations with then owner, John Loch.
